CSD registers new share issue of Galenika Fitofarmacija

The Central Securities Depository (CSD) has registered newly issued shares of Galenika Fitofarmacija, the official data showed.

Number of shares outstanding at Fitofarmacija is now at 2.64m. As already known, GA of the company approved bonus shares issue (1:1 ratio), on the back of retained earnings conversion into equity, thus total number of shares outstanding has been doubled. Thus, each owner of 1 share on the dividend day (June 26th) will get additional single share.
