Wooden glasses in Serbian style

Serbian brand ‘Akatelie’ has launched handmade wooden sunglasses under the slogan ‘Say no to plastics, wood looks good’, which have made a real revolution in the fashion world. Photographs have ‘Instagram’ and draw the attention of fashion mage Karl Lagerfeld, supermodels Kate Moss and Benjamin Benedec, the most famous fashion photographer Morgan Miller...Fashion designer Aleksandra Arnold Kujundzic from Belgrade, with her creative team has presented her original ‘old school’ frames made of bamboo, nut, oak, ash and rose wood. Initials are, by request, made by hand and place on a frame in 24-karat gold. With Polaroid models stress is on glasses because of the eye safety. Case is sewed by hand, made of beef leather, and it can be also carried as a purse. Customers must wait for a delivery from 10 to 30 days, because of the great interest, and waiting lists are made aswel.This brand will soon present women’s bags made from wood and high-quality leather, which will certainly make a ‘boom’ on the fashion scene the same as the glasses did.
