'Microsoft 'cast an eye' on Israeli 'Adallom'
The U.S. software giant Microsoft is preparing to buy Israeli firm ’Adallom’, specialized for information safety, for 320 million USD ( 295 million EUR ), announced Israeli economic journal Kalkalist.
’Adallom’ which offers safety platforms in ’cloud’ technology, should regroup ’Microsoft’ activities concerning cyber safety, adds the newspaper.Neither of the sides wanted to comment the Israeli journal news, reported Reuters.
’Adallom’, founded in 2012, has 80 employees in Israel and the USA and offers users technologies on safety softwares.
