Sombor based agricultural companies “Aleksa Santic” and “Granicar” will be placed on auction sale on September, 20th

Sombor based agricultural companies “Aleksa Santic” from the same named village and “Granicar” from Gakovo will be placed on auction sale on September, 20th.

The starting price of 70% of “Aleksa Santic” company’s capital will be 2 millions EUR, and estimated value of the property is 9,1 millions EUR. This company, with 340 employees, cultivates around 800 hectares of private property land and around 5.200 hecatres in state’s property.

Besides mechanization they will also offer on sale the management building of 1.000 m2, cattle farms of 2.000 m2, 5.600 m2 for hog breeding, warehouses and storage for wheat products.

The starting price of “Granicar” is 1,3 millions EUR, and estimated value is 5,4 millions EUR.

This company has 384 employees, it cultivates 6.300 hectares of state and 100 hectares of private property. Their most important asset, besides mechanization, is chicken farm of 6.400 m2, cattle farm of 9.000 m2 and hog farm of 5.800 m2.
