North is waiting for s multimillion request - Palic Master plan comfirms construction of hotel, golf courts, shopping mall and water and land water sports

Since 2007, more than EUR 6 m u has been invested in development of Palic. New, multimillion investments are comprised with the new Master plan which was presented yesterday and its implementation would make Palic a place where visitors will be able to enjoy nice and quality hotels, golf courts, aqua park, congress hall, yachting center, numerous catering , facilities and sports courts..

Implementation of the Master plan would provide Palic with completely new look with a number of different facilities and the project task comprises the section of the wider range of the Palic lake which comprises three circles: Gold, Silver and Bronze.

Gold ciircle comprises location between Palic and Krvavo jezero while Silver one makes direct center environment and existing facilities as well as facilities which should be built. Bronze circle comprises wider area of the Palic tourist space.

Hotels, golf courts, shopping mall, sports facilities

Proposals of the developmental projects resulted in alignment of the existing initiatives with new project proposals.

Gold circle was split into 3 zones with key projects: Healt&Spa, Outdoor water fun and Promenada.
Outdoor water fun segment comprises Green entertainment park on 2.400 m2 and a swimming pool for kids and adults while the third zone Lido-Promenade would comprise 25.000 m2. Both these zones together imply investment of some EUR 10 m.

Silver circle comprises existing "Ellitte Palić" hotels–"Park", "Jezero", and "Mala gostiona" which are the most exclusive part of the resort – protected zone of Veliki park and Master plan implies super- construction of Mala gostiona totaling EUR 6 m.

This zone comprises Palic sports hotels adapted for sportsmen, of a three-star category, with a gym and sport suites as well as Palic Reatail amd Creative Plaza – a shopping mall with careful selection of renters on 9.000 m2.
At the east coast of the lake, construction of the Adrenaline park was planned – an experience of adrenaline on the land and water together with Water ski center.
