If sometimes, sunglasses were not a thing approved in school, today in one primary school in Sydney, it is not only approvable but obligatory.
Decision about introducing obligatory wearing of sunglasses, as a way of protection of children from the dangerous x-rays, was welcomed by the Australian Ministry of education which is considering to introduce this to all the schools across the country.
“Arnklif” primary school principal says that children don’t have any problems wearing them while playing in the school yard.
Experts, however warn that over exposure to the dangerous x-rays, can not only cause skin cancer, but also cataract, and therefore it is recommended for children older than 3 to regularly wear sunglasses.
