Adriana tex to buy two more land lots in Ruma

Adriana tex will buy from the Ruma municipality a land lot next to its current factory and, thus, create conditions to expand its office space in this town and create new jobs. On this occasion, Ruma Mayor Sladjan Mancic and Andriana tex Director Jasna Prapotnik signed an agreement on the sale of building land by direct negotiation at the market price, it was announced on the municipal website.
- The land lot is not big, only 26 ares. However, the letter of intent and interest of Adriana text to boost its production capacity in Ruma in the future makes all of us in the Ruma municipality happy. In addition to the municipal land, this investor also plans to buy the land owned by the Republic of Serbia. This deal will be closed through the Republic Property Directorate of Serbia, and the land lot in question has a surface area of about 60 or 70 ares. With these two land lots, Adriana text will expand its property by one hectare, which is more than enough to build a new production facility - said Mayor Mancic.
Based on the Agreement, Adriana tex, which operates as part of the Italian firm Calzedonia, will pay RSD 1,406,000 to the municipal budget within the next eight days.
