“Recan” company collected around 5,5 tones of cans at this year’s music festivals and concerts in Serbia

“Recan” company, which collects used aluminum cans for recycling, collected around 5,5 tones of cans at this year’s music festivals and concerts in Serbia.

This company announced that 5,5 tones of cans had been collected in special containers set at “Exit” festival, “Red Hot Chili Peppers” concert in Indjija, as well as on other concerts held in Serbia.

If cans were set one on top of each other, they would be forming a line of 40 km, as said in the announcement.

“Recan” company covered two music festivals this year, and it was also involved in 5 more concerts in Serbia through buying off from smaller enterprises.

The company announced that the action of collecting cans was going to continue at the following “Beer Fest” in Belgrade.
