“Telefonija” is preparing for entrance to A list of Belgrade’s stock exchange

“Telefonija” company, whose basic activities are production and installation of telecommunication infrastructure and servicing, is preparing for entrance to A list of Belgrade’s stock exchange. “Telefonija” Marketing Manager, Ljubinko Veljkovic, said that the preparations were in the process and that they expected their appearance on the list no later than the Fall.
- So far, institutional investors have been investing in our shares, but regardless of that we expect to attract more foreign investors once we appear on the A list – said Veljkovic and added that they needed to have the investors, because there was in plan capitalization of the company for this year.
“Telefonija” shares have been present at the Belgrade’s stock exchange since May of 2005, and from March of this year they are on the continuing trading regime. The price of the share in their last trade was 13.750 dinars.
According to the data from success balance, their business income in 2006 was 1.1.46 billions RSD, and expenses were 1.065 billions RSD. Net profit of “Telefonija” for the year 2006 was around 54.87 millions RSD.
In the property structure of “Telefonija” participate mostly non business involved persons, but also “Delta Generali” fund, and Society for investment funds management “ZB Invest”, as well as providers “Beotelnet”, “GasTel” and “Telefonija Brcko”.
“Telefonija” is a leader of Serbia’s telecommunication branch, with percentual participation of around 30%.
