Maks invest gradnja is planning construction of office and residential complex in Stara Pazova

"Maks invest gradnja" is planning to build a mini market in Stara Pazova and a residential and business facility at the corner of Karadjordjeva and Komenskova. Apart from these facilities, at the lot, internal road will be built, a parking car area and the remaining space will be developed in green areas. Construction is planned in two stages. The first stage comprises construction of business facility, a mini market with internal road, manipulative space and 19 parking places for cars. The second construction comprises construction of residential and office facility with internal road, manipulative space and 18 parking places for cars, it was stated at the Urban project which has been available for public inspection until today, July 6, 2015.

Mini market will comprise a number of connected units which are in mutual function of retail. Employee entrance is planned from the entrance for motor vehicles and at the back cross wall (evacuation wall).

Residential and business facility comprises four levels. Residential unit comprises a hall, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living rooms with a dining room, balcony.

Urban project is signed by "G&P pro ing".
