List of potential partners of General Electric decreased

Out of 70 Serbian companies, 30 of them went int the second round for potential partner of General Electric. The American giant confirmed that in a few months, they will publish a list of companies which will work for them.

Companies which produce electrical components, electrical facilities, precision mechanics, operate in engineering and software and companies for medical equipment and airline industry components were listed as potential suppliers from Serbia. At the General Electric branch office for SEE in Belgrade they have been making profiles of selected companies.

- The important information is that we have now expanded search for companies which operate in plastics so I hope there will be more than 30 firms which have been selected initially – Ana Brnabic from NALED said.

The investor expects the state will remove potential paperwork barriers which facilitate business to exporters.

When it comes to cooperation with "General Electric", the state as well as firms which will become its suppliers expect many benefits.
