“Agroziv” on the stock-exchange starting from August, 1st – 26.951 RSD share price

First stock exchange of Pancevo’s Meat industry “Agroziv” at the Belgrade’s stock exchange is appointed for August, 1st, by the starting price of 26.951 RSD per share, as announced by the Stock-exchange.

There will be released 209.644 of shares on the outside of the market, and nominal value of those shares is 2.340 RSD per one.

Commerical manager of ‘Agrozic’, Nenad Zivanov, said that this company hadn’t planned to sell its shares.

- Trading with shares was scheduled only because of the law regulations that all opened share holding companies in Serbia were obliged to come out to the Belgrade’s stock exchange – said Zivanov.

Majority owner of “Agroziv” is Miroslav Zivanov, who owns 52% of the shares, and Branko Vranjes and Rade Djruic own each 23,99% of shares.

The company will have a sign of recognition at the market AGRZ.
The company made income of around 70 millions RSD during 2006, and it exported products in the value of 3,5 millions RSD.
