Credits for apartments purchase in Vojvodjanska bank – annual interest rate from 4,25%

Vojvodjanska bank, a member of National bank of Greece group, announced on Friday (July, 27th, 2007) that it was going to offer to the citizens credits for apartments purchase up to 200.000 EUR, with a payment deadline of 30 years.

These credits would be in offer to the clients of Vojvodjanska bank and National bank of Greece, but also to all other credit capable citizens, which can use it without the need to transfer their income payments to the account of these two banks, as stated in the announcement.

Besides the attractive interest rates which are from 4,25% (4,51%) on the annual level indexed in Swiss franks and from 6,3% (EKS from 6,55%) indexed in EUR, this specific credit process is set in a way that the client already knows before the final approval its maximum amount of the credit to be approved.
