Auction sale of “Nacional” Hotel on September, 13th – 253,8 millions RSD starting price

Agency for privatization launched tender for auction sale of “Nacional” Hotel in Belgrade, by the starting price of 253,8 millions RSD, which will be held on September, 13th.

“Nacional” is a three-star hotel on 3.171 square meters. It is located on Bezanijska kosa, in New Belgrade city area, on the highway E-5, and it is surrounded by green surfaces.

“Nacional” has 40 single-rooms, and 35 double-rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, a bar. It is organizing different kinds of celebrations and it represents a frequent stop for numerous transit passengers.

According to success balance, the overall business income of the hotel in 2006 has been 58,47 millions RSD, and expenses have been 58,43 millions RSD. The estimated value of 70% of the capital in privatization, is 1,05 billion RSD, that is around 13,1 millions EUR.

Determined deposit for participation at the Hotel auction is 126,9 millions RSD or 1,57 millions EUR, while the minimum of determined investments is 4,89 millions RSD.
