"Matijevic" and "Tonnies" found mutual interest

Owner of IM "Matijević"d.o.o. Novi Sad, Petar Matijevic, today hosted representatives of "Tonnies". This way the first step was made in cooperation of the biggest meat producers from Serbia and Germany. The meeting was attended by the highest reps of "Tonnies", Betriebsw Ulrich Grewe, business Development Manager and dr. Ernst- Friedrich Klenke, Management und Beratung, as well as representatives of IM "Matijević", the company announced.

Representatives of "Tonnies" presented plans with respect to cattle production in Vojvodina. They showed particular interest in the method and scope of production at farms owned by "Matijević", as the biggest producer of pigs and meat processors in Serbia.

This way, Petar Matijevic, supported the arrival of "Tonnies" to Serbia, outlining that it is of mutual interest for both companies to increase the cattle production scope, export of agricultural products and increase of total meat quality as well as new hires.

Matijevic, as announced, " this time also showed that Serbia is heading towards Europe and that the arrival of the foreign company will develop cattle production in Serbia and it will support local producers to invest in production of new technology.
