The Serbian government has adopted the founding documents for the restructuring of Srbijagas, Mining and Energy Minister Aleksandar Antic said today.
A decision is made to form the operators of transportation and distribution systems, that is, to form two new companies: Transportgas Srbija and Distribucijagas Srbija, Antic told the press.
He stressed that Serbia would thus fulfill all its obligations towards the European Commission and the Energy Community on schedule.
