Tigar's assembly meeting delayed for July 8

Pirot-based "Tigar" informed its shareholders that due to lack of quorum, regular company meeting was not held on Monday, June 29, 2015.

Repeated meeting will be held July 8 this year at the company headquarters in Pirot.

For the repeated meeting, the same agenda will be used. The company at the same time informed its shareholders that delivered authorizations are valid for the repeated meeting as well.
