Call for privatization of Studio B released

The Agency for privatization has released a public call for privatzation of radio-diffusion company "Studio B".

The right to participate in privatization of "Studio B" is entitled to local and foreign entities, physical entities as well as consortiums of legal and physical entities.

Purchasing price totals EUR 528.626,138 which is the value of 100% estimated capital value.

The right to participate at auction should be submitted until July 27, until 15 and the offers will be opened July 29, 2015.
