Republic’s Secretariat of Legislation decided – new public tender for RTB “Bor”

Republic’s Secretariat of Legislation announced yesterday (July, 23rd, 2007) that after breaking up the contract with Romanian company “Cupra”, the first bidder on the tender for RTB “Bor”, the only right thing to do is to write a new tender.

The Government asked for the opinion of this Secretariat on the Assembly of July, 5th, 2007, about tender status of RTB “Bor”.

Considering this outcome, Agency for privatization will, according to its authorization, finalize the on-going tender for privatization of Bor’s combine and in the shortest deadline will write a new one, as stands in the announcement of the Secretariat.
