NIS pays dividend totaling RSD 46,85 gross per share

NIS Shareholders’ Assembly has made today a decision on dividend payment for 2014, the company announced and communicated shareholders will get RSD 46,85 gross per share.

Payment of dividend was approved to NIS shareholders totaling 25% net profit for last year and for payment of dividend, gross amount of RSD 7.639.380.000, i.e. RSD 46,85 gross per share was set aside, it was stated in the announcement.

The right to dividend 204 is entitled to all shareholders of the company registered at the Central registry, depot and clearing of securities at the Day of shareholders of VII Shareholder assembly, i.e. June 13, 2015.

At the regular meeting of the NIS shareholders, decision on distribution of profit for 2014 was made and defining total amount of undistributed profit of the company.

At the Shareholder assembly, members of the board of directors were also appointed.
