For Yugoslavian River Shipyard 11 companies interested – deadline for the offer August, 3rd

Director of the company Yugoslavian River Shipyard (JRB), Milan Mijailovic, stated that according to his information, for the purchase of this company, there were 11 companies interested on tender.

- We haven’t received yet the official list from the Agency for privatization, but we know that 11 companies applied for purchasing tender documentation – said Mijailovic.

According to his words, there are companies from Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, Germany, Switzerland, Hungary and Malta among interested ones, while others are domestic buyers.

The most significant thing for this company, as he put it, is to go into the hands of a strategic partner, that is to the company which is already familiar to the basic activities of JRB – shipyard and river transport.

Tender for the sale of JRB was published on June, 11th, and the deadline for submitting of offers is August, 3rd.
