Kraljevo sold land of former "Medijapan" - "Maksimović" company is starting production departments

The City of Kraljevo sold construction land which once belonged to Konarevo-based "Medijapan" near the town.

Kraljevo-based "Maksimović doo", after public auction, gave the most favorable bid, Conrtuction land which was divided in five lots was sold at RSD 37,5 m.

The mayor of Kraljevo, Tomislav Ilic, said for Tanjug that after 25 years, the location will again comprise production departments, i.e. industrial zone.

This was implied in the contract which will after be signed with the buyer. We expect that during the next year, 100 and 150 people will find the job there – Ilic said.

The buyer will oblige with the contract to demolish or adapts existing halls at the location of former "Medijapan" in two years.

"Maksimović doo" will, as announced, deal with production of components which it will export for the needs of Swedish railways.
