To the Manager of bankrupted factory goes an award of 55.000 EUR

To the Manager who was leading the bankruptcy process in the bankrupted Factory of stock food “Unip” in Valjevo, was set a preliminary award of 50.700 EUR in the net amount (gross 61.200 EUR), as confirmed by the Trade court in this city.

Trade court did not accept the award in the amount of 8,7 millions dinars, or about 107.500 EUR, which was calculated according to the current Bylaw of basis and measurements for calculating the final amount of the award for the work of temporary executive manager in the bankruptcy process and of the compensation of actual expenses.
