"Actavis" continues business operations under "Allergan"

Pharmaceutical company, "Actavis" has announced today that in the world in future it will use name "Allergan".

Trading in company shares at New York stock market as of now is done under new symbol - AGN.

Change of company name followed after purchase of "Allergana", in March this year and with approval of shareholders and name change.

With the merge of "Allergana" and "Actavisa", as outlined in the announcement,, one out of 10 biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world was made.

"Actavis" in Serbia owns "Zdravlje Actavis" in Leskovac.
