Deadline for privatization of "Zorka holding" prolonged - request for purchase of tender documentation can be submitted prior to September 14

Privatization Agency has prolonged the deadline for delivery of final obligatory bids on public tender for joint sale of 100% of public assets in šabac-based companies "Zorka holding", "Zorka obojena metalurgija" and "Zorka mineralna đubriva" in restructuring.

The deadline is now October 5 instead of September 7. Written request for purchase of tender documentation, of which price is 6,000 EUR, can be submitted prior to September 14, instead of July 20.

With the change in public tender, total capital of "Zorka holding" in restructuring has been divided into 99.05% of public and 0.9 of stock capital. The capital of "Zorka obojena metalurgija" has been divided, in accordance with the changes, into 69.8% of public and 30.19% of stock capital.

According to the tender terms, participants in this public tender can be all manufacturers or traders in artificial fertilizer and nitrogen compounds, or manufacturers, refiners and traders in non-ferrous metals, but they must be in that business for at least three previous business years and they must have business income of at least 5m EUR.

The condition for participation in the tender can also be that the buyer is financial investor whose business assets exceed 50m EUR in 2006, or that the buyer is investor who had business income of more than 15m EUR in 2006.
