Food potentials of Vojvodina promoted in Italy - Meetings of local and Italian companies agreed for the fall

Over the past few days, the Vojvodina Investment Fund (VIP Fund) presented to the Italian businessmen options for investments in Vojvodina with an accent on potential meat and dairy industries, production and processing of fruit and vegetables as well as organic production.

Local companies, "Global Seed" in Novi Sad, "Suncokret" in Hajdukovo, Agricultural farm "Koluvija" with organic farm in Stara Pazova, "Industrija mesa Djurdjevic", as well as "Mirotin grupa" fromVrbas also attended conferences and B2B meetings.

Presentations were held in Milan and in Busto Arsizio, where the delegation of Vojvodina- APV Government head by the president of the government Bojan Pajtic and VIP Fund was hosted by the mayor Gianluigi Faroli and the conference was attended by local companies from different industrial branches which showed the interest to find out more about entrepreneurial and investment environment in Vojvodina. After the talks with Italian companies, they agreed to organize in the fall a meeting and a dialogue of representatives of Italian and Serbian firms in Italy.
