Tenders announced for rehabiliation of Ušće-Biljanovac and Čairi-Stopanja-Čitluk roads - deadline for delivery of documentation is September 18

Public Company "Putevi Srbije" has announced tender for selection of the best bidders for rehabilitation of Ušće-Biljanovac and Čairi-Stopanja-Čitluk roads. Rehabilitation of these roads will be financed from the loan of European Bank for Rehabilitation and Development.

Interested bidders can purchase tender documentation in company "Putevi Srbije", and the deadline for delivery of documentation is September 18, at 10 AM. The bids will be opened after they are submitted, at 11 AM.

Total length of the section that should be rehabilitated, from Ušće to Biljanovac, on the main road M-22, is 14,460 km, and the deadline for completion of works is 365 days.

Deadline for completion of works on rehabilitation of sections Čairi - Stopanja and Stopanja-Čitluk, which are on the main road M-5, is one year.

Rehabilitation works include earth works, works on drainage system, various concrete and steel works and works on lane structure, as well as marking of lane and installation of traffic signs. All works should be carried out without stopping the traffic.

All bidders from all countries can participate in the tender for selection of the contractor, and all bids must contain guarantee from the bank on 100,000 EUR, that is, 8m RSD.

Manager of "Putevi Srbije", Branko Jocić, stated earlier that the value of projected works on rehabilitation of those roads amounted to about 10m EUR.
