"Broadhurst Investments Limited" and "Srbijateks" offered 5m EUR for "Savremena administracija"

The best offer on the tender for privatization of Belgrade-based Publishing-printing company "Savremena administracija" has been given by the consortium of companies "Broadhurst investments limited" from Cyprus and "Srbijateks" - Privatization Agency announced.

These companies offered 5m EUR for "Savremena administracija", investment program worth 100,000 EUR, as well as unconditional accepting of minimal obligations from the Social Program.

According to Tender Commission, the second-ranked bidder is the consortium of Belgrade-based companies "Media II" and "Media".

Once the tender list is announced, Privatization Agency and first-ranked bidder will start negotiations about sales contract.
