Ulcinj to get Montenegrin version of Antalya on 50,000 square meters

Recognizing the potential, Barter Centar has initiated the organization of construction of sports complex in Ulcinj, and the mayor of that municipality has backed this idea, whose implementation will be possible once the Spatial Master Plan is adopted, the daily Dnevne Novine reports.
Construction of high-class tourist resort with accompanying football and tennis courts at Great Beach in Ulcinj will begin immediately upon the adoption of the Spatial Master Plan that will define further development of that municipality.
It is an investment project that will not only enrich the tourism offer of Montenegro with new hotels, but also put Montenegro on the map of rare sports tourism destinations. The nearest destinations of the kind are located in Antalya, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates.
According to Barter Centar CEO Radoje Bozic, the initiator of this idea, the idea to build a facility on a 50,000 square meter land lot is based on multilateral compensations between construction companies, sports clubs and subjects using their marketing space.
