"Karitas" invests in development of rural tourism in Knić

Humanitarian organization "Karitas" is interested in investing in development of rural tourism in Municipality of Knić and the agreements on that will be made more concrete at the end of July - Manager of Tourist organization in that municipality, Nataša Đurđević, announced.

According to her words, the intention is that the money be invested in promotional acitivities, infrastructure, construction of pedestrian and cycling tracks, tourist signalization and organization of excursions.


- Villages of Žunje, Grabovac, Bare, Konjuša and Borač has about 100 beds, and full board costs 1,110 RSD, with the possibility of payment in two installments - said Đurđević.

The guests can enjoy the beauties of Gruža lake, brooks, forests and remains of ancient medieval city. They can also visit the church of St. Archangel Gabriel, built in 1350 in Borča, as well as Kamenac monastery from the 15th century, the memorial of Stefan Lazarević.
