Paper factory "Božo Tomić" from Čačak was sold last week on the auction to company "Čestijm" from Sofia for 90.9m RSD.
Bulgarians were the only candidates for procurement, because they accepted the obligation to invest 52m RSD in Čačak-based units.
Paper Industry in Čačak is the only Serbian paper factory that still works, because the other two, the one in Sremska Mitrovica and the one in Belgrade, have been closed, while the others in this branch focused on production of cardboard.
"Čestijm" is in the same field of work, and the managers of Bulgarian factory will arrive in Čačak by the end of week, in order to take over the company and the job.
