Greeks rented cold storage plant in Medveđa - privatization of whole AIK to follow

Greek "Voćar", which has its office and factory in Smederevo, has rented cold storage plant in Medveđa on six months. According to the agreement, the procedure for privatization of whole AIK, including this facility, will take place after that deadline.

Cold storage plant in Medveđa has been out of work for years, but it should be prepared for normal functioning in about 15 days.

About hundred workers, which will be employed in that cold storage plant, will work mainly on snail meat processing , as well as on processing of fruit.
