"Delta" wants Slovenian "Istrabenz" - 85 EUR per stock

Company "Delta holding" gave the offer for 28.23% of stocks of Slovenian conglomerate "Istrabenz", and the offered value of stock is 85 EUR.

- The offer is on prior to July 31 - "Delta holding" announced.

Serbian company joined Slovenian investment fund "Infond holding" and retail group "Tus" in the delivery of offer for share in company "Istrabenz".

"Infond" offered 80 EUR , and "Tus" offered 81 EUR per stock of "Istrabenz", which makes total value of the share of about 120m EUR.

"Istrabenz" is Slovenian company that is active in many fields of work, from food production, tourism, to energy.

Representatives of Slovenian national funds KAD and SOD, which sell share of 28.23% of stocks in company "Istrabenz", confirmed to Slovenian newspaper agency STA that "Delta holding" joined the race for takeover of that package of stocks in this Slovenian company.

Slovenian funds stated that, for the sake of protection of their interests, they could not reveal any information related to the offer of "Delta holding".
