Representatives of local self-government at manifestation "Successful Future of Serbia" represented plans for development of municipalities

Manifestation "Successful Future of Serbia" was opened yesterday (July 11, 2007) in Novi Sad. This manifestation is organized by "Epicentar", and it will last until July 13.

Municipalities of Pančevo, Senta, Despotovac, Irig, Sremski Karlovci and Regional Center for Social-Economic Development - Banat Zrenjanin, as well as National Employment Agency, represented themselves on the panels and through video presentations in the hall, on the first floor of Sports and Business Center "Vojvodina" ( SPENS ).

In addition to the aforementioned, local leaders of municipalities of Kikinda, Loznica, Novi Kneževac, Požarevac, Barajevo and IRC Kanjiža represented the work and development plan for their municipalities.

Darko Dunjić, Manager of EUnet College, pointed to the importance of implementation of electronic operations into local self-governments, which was followed by a dialogue about "Strategic development", as well as about business integrations.

It has been concluded that electronic operations are necessary for normal and further development of municipalities, as well as that it is important to take a serious step towards its implementation.
