Registry of contracts on funding agricultural production starts operating

The registry of contracts on funding agricultural production has started operating today which made the Law on funding and insurance of agricultural production become effective.

The minister of agriculture and environmental protection, Snezana Bogosavljevic Boskovic, visited the Agency for Business Registries.

Zak Law on funding and insurance of agricultural production was adopted six months ago, in November and it is becoming effective today.

The start of registry operations in fact means contracts on funding agricultural production as of today, will be registered in new Registry while deposits on future harvest, as a new kind of contract deposit, will be registered at the Registry of pledge right which has been existed at the Agency for business registries since 2005.

The head of the Agency for business registries, Zvonko Obradovic, said it is 18th registry and said procedures in this one will be managed just as efficient as in other registries.
