Military Medical Center (VMC) in Meljine records loss of €2.5m. Army does not see perspective with such balance. The best solution is, according to Montenegrin authorities, sale of VMC, as well as including of condition into tender documents that that complex should keep its present purpose of medical institution with room for both members of Army and civilians.
