New offer – credits for financing of construction of business facilities, which are, when finished, bought by Hypo Alpe-Adria-Leasing Ltd. Belgrade

Sector for economic operations in Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank Belgrade launched the new product and included it in its offer for the clients – credits for financing of construction of facilities, which are, when finished, bought by Hypo Alpe-Adria-Leasing Ltd. Belgrade. The subject of financing are projects for construction of office space: trade centers, automobile showroom, production halls, etc.

This model of credit is approved by the bank to the juristic persons who have building permit. The guarantee for credit is mortgage on facility under construction. Before the credit is approved, the client is obliged to deliver all document necessary for strict control and tracking of realization of facility construction in accordance with project and building permit. The credit is paid off by Hypo Alpe-Adria-Leasing Belgrade by procurement of facility.

Before the credit is approved, the client and Hypo Alpe-Adria-Leasing Belgrade sign the pre-contract that implies that Hypo Alpe-Adria-Leasing Belgrade will buy constructed facility after it obtains utility permit. After procurement of facility, Hypo Alpe-Adria-Leasing signs the contract with the client on long-term operative leasing, which implies that the client pays monthly rental on certain period of time, 15 years at most (with possibility of prolongation), through which it pays off major part of the price of the facility.
