Banka Postanska Stedionica is selling suites in Montenegro

Banka Postanska stedionica Beograd released the advertisement for the auction sale of eight suites in Donji Stoliv, on 284 m2.

The right to participate at the auction which will be held July 6 is provided for domestic and foreign individuals and companies which by July 3 this year should deliver to the bank on proof they paid a deposit, Deposit totals 3% of initial sales price of real estate, Vijesti reports.

Deposit is paid in dinar counter value at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia at the say of payment.
