Share Fund sells "Hladnjača" from Kraljevo - starting price of stock - 108 RSD

The Share Fund of Serbia has announced today (July 3, 2007) that the package of 63.29% of stocks of Kraljevo-based "Hladnjača" would be offered on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on July 18.

The starting price of individual stock will be 108 RSD, and total of 77,221 stocks from the Fund's portfolio will be offered for sale.

The right to participate in this trade will have all domestic and foreign, juristic and physical persons who submit the proof to the Share Fund, at least three days before the schedulled auction, that the amount of 8,339,868 RSD is deposited on the restricted account.
