Ukrainians interested in car tyres of "Tigar" from Pirot

A representative of Town Hall of Pirot, Dobrivoje Aranđelović, said today (July 2, 2007) that significant cooperation between economy of Serbian and Ukraine was about to take place.
At the press conference, after three-day visit of the business delegation of Ukrainian city of Čekarsi, Arandjelović said that the interest in cooperation had been especially expressed after the visit of Ukrainian business delegation to Pirot-based tyre factory "Tigar".
- Representatives of Čekarsi are interested in production of car tyres, so that the first installation of products of Pirot's manufacturer into Ukrainian automobiles could be expected soon - said he and added that the Ukrainians expressed their interest in the products of lumber industry.
Aranđelović announced visit of the delegation of Pirot to Čerkasi in the second half of September.
After the Ukrainians visited Pirot, the representatives of these two cities signed the certificate of cooperation and brotherhood, which is the result of collaboration between Cultural Artistic Association "Dukat" from Pirot's village of Krupac and Cultural Artistic Association from Čerkasi.
