Four years ago, "UniWorld", of which owner is Srba Ilić, bought 70% of assets of "Putnik" for 5.2m USD, and "Sirona" was part of the obligatory investment in total amount of 44.5m USD.

Privatization Agency broke the contract in May 2005 with the explanation that the buyer did not fulfill his obligations.

Due to breaking of the contract, "UniWorld" pressed charges before the International Court, which passed the decision in December 2006 in favor of that company.

Obligation of "Putnik" was to return "Sirona" to "UniWorld", as a part of the invested investments, with the interest rate, as well as to participate in the payment of the purchase price and to pay all court expenses. According to the decision of the court, the Agency is obliged to pay the purchase price of 5.2m USD to company "UniWorld" and the guarantee of 2.2m USD, as well as interest rate and court expenses.

According to the announcement of "UniWorld", the Agency did not fulfill its obligations, althought the deadline was June 3.
