Eight auction of Niksicka pivara due June 18

The auction at "Niska pivara" in bankruptcy has been announced today for June 18, and the initial price is RSD 160 m.

It will be the eight attempt at "Niska pivara", and according to trustee in bankruptcy, Ljubomir Kostic, competition terms do not differ from the ones which went for previous auction.

-Competition terms will be repeated since some potential buyers gave up their participation at previous auction with an explanation that they did not have enough time to prepare. Now they will have forty days for preparation since previous one was scheduled for May 7 – Kostic said.

He outlined that it was planned brewery to be sold as production unit since it opens options for production start again.

-Sale of some parts of brewery is not rational and I will not do such a thing – Kostic said.

The area of "Niska pivara" which are offered to buyers 22.620 m2, and total area of land is 3,65 ha. Buyers are offered section for production of beer and juices with entire equipment, boiler room, administration building and trucks for goods transport.
