Both domestic and foreign offers for "Šumadijalek"

The conditions for procurement of majority package of stocks of "Šumadijalek" from Čačak have been met by Athens-based company "Veterin", "Habit Farm" from Ivanjica and Belgrade-based company "Nelt".

These three bidders delivered tender documentation for purchase of 68.25% of total assets of "Šumadijalek" before the deadlineu, and the next step will be opening of their offers within next 30 days.

The bids of the companies will be evaluated by the advisors of the Agency and the results will be represented at the next meeting of the Tender Commission.

By the way, the tender documentation for procurement of majority package of stocks of that trade company that deals with wholesale trade in drugs has also been delivered by two more companies - Belgrade-based Lilly drugstore and Cypriot company "Moriza company Limited".
