Vienna-based technological company,TTTECH acquired 35% stake at Serbian company "RT-RK". Vienna-based company did not want to reveal details with respect to stake purchase price in its announcement.

German concern, Audi owns 30% stake at TTTECH which is specialized in IT solutions in the field of self-driven cars as well as aircraft and space technology.
