English "Reval Holdings Limited" starts business in Aranđelovac on March 31, 2008

Municipality of Aranđelovac has made the decision about rental of land on period of 99 years, on which company "Reval Holdings Limited" from Kent (England) will build an up-to-date factory of building elements for quick construction of apartments and business facilities.

- Our obligation is to equip the building land of 2.26 ha with the required infrastructure and we are working on that – says city manager, Milutin Đurić, and adds that they intensively work on collecting of required documentation, so that the future owner could start construction.

According to the words of Đurić, the contract stipulated that the production in factory should start prior to March 31, 2008, and that it should employ at least 200 workers.

Construction of new factory of building elements by the up-to-date Italian technology was the first investment of foreign investors in Municipality of Aranđelovac.

The value of investment is 7m EUR.
