Land and production facilities in Valjevo Industrial Zone await buyers

The Commission for Alienation of Property has invited bids for the purchase of production facilities and land owned by the City of Valjevo.
Relevant properties are situated in the industrial zone in Valjevo, in the location of former Stefil kompanija, covering a surface area of 5,688 and 3,940 square meters.
According to the Master Plan for the City of Valjevo, this location has an economic purpose.
Starting price for the bigger building and the land it occupies is EUR 391,462, whereas the price of the smaller one starts from EUR 268,467.
All those interested are to submit their bids to the City Administration of Valjevo by 25 May 2015. Bids will be opened at 12 noon on 28 May 2015.
