SERTIC: Finish SISU fulfills terms, it is taking over FAP

The minister of trade, Zeljko Sertic, said on Saturday, May 2, 2015 that most likely, in the next two days, the Agency for privatization will publish that privatization of Priboj-based FAP ended successfully since Finish SISU complied with all the terms.

Sertic reminded that only SISU applied at the tender for privatization of FAP and that after the announcement, Finish company will come to Priboj and officially take over production departments which were the subject of privatization.

He said for Pink TV that this way, other parts of Priboj-based plant, which were not the subject of privatization, have the option and bigger chance to find their partners.
