Galenika's debts total EUR 220 m

The Prime Minister of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, outlined that due to extensive, old debts, Soros and some others gave up privatization of "Galenika", whose debt reached EUR 220 m.

- The reason why investors gave up privatization is a terrible company situation since old debts total EUR 220 m and interest rates are scary – Vucic said to journalists in Smedrevo.

According to him, someone who would like to take over Galenika would pay EUR 100 m and the rest would be up to the state,

- At the end, we will have to pay – Vucic outlined.
