The Chinese interested in investing in Serbian agriculture

Representatives of Chinese province Hebei announced on Friday, April 24, 2015 to representatives of the Agency for Privatization that they are interested in companies in the field of agriculture, food industry as well as agro-techniques in Serbia.

Political-economic delegations of the Chinese province Hebei, which is visiting Belgrade, discussed with the assistant head of the Agency for Privatization, Jovan Martinovic and associates on options of participation of these companies from the Chinese province in privatization process in Serbia.

Guests from China were presented with solutions which current Law on privatization is bringing as well as potentials of some companies from the portfolio of the Agency for privatization, especially in the field of agricultural industry, the agency announced.

Chinese province Hebei has more than 70 million people and export which totals more than USD 60 billion.
