Italian "Fantoni" wants to buy all stocks of ŠPIK "Ivanjica"

Italian company "Fantoni", which is one of the largest furniture production in Europe, has the intention to invest additional capital in all three factories in Ivanjica and to raise them to a higher level.

All three companies, ŠPIK "Iverica", ŠPIK "Napredak" and ŠPIK "Morava", in which "Fantoni" has 70% of capital, while the rest is in the hands of minor stockholders, could be raised to their feet and work at full steam.

But, before it decides for investments, "Fantoni" wants to buy all stocks from minor stockholders at price it paid to the Privatization Agency in October 2006.
